All dealers have to submit their DMV work along with a “Transmittal Bundle.” DMV desk personnel oftentimes create the bundles by handwriting each item. If a logbook is being maintained properly, this means every deal has to be written
out at least twice. And, if the DMV rejects the item, then it will have to be written out a third time. And so on, and so on.
