Confusion Costs Money

Maintaining an accurate log of DMV submissions is as essential as it is cumbersome. Oftentimes when the DMV desk gets overwhelmed, the log is the first thing to get neglected. Without an up-to-date log, the office manager cannot effectively supervise the DMV desk. This is where mistakes occur and penalties are assessed.

With DMVdesk, the logbook is maintained automatically. Once an item is entered, the logbook entry is created and the built-in compliance rules go to work. The system will tell you when fees must be posted and when a transfer must occur. If the item is rejected by the DMV (RDF'd), DMV desk personnel will be able to track the item through the system to ensure the new deadline is not missed. Once the DMV clears an item, DMVdesk is used to reconcile the items.

Rapid Deal Entry

Entering the deals into the logbook is simple. Just a few pieces of information entered into the Deal Entry screen returns a wealth of information.

Detail view

Simply click on the “Detail” button next to each deal and everything you need to
know about the deal appears. From detailed deal information to Estimated Penalties to Bundle Histories. If you are using DMVDesk's eFiling capabilities, detailed filing information, is accessible from the “Detail” window.

Deal Status At-A-Glance

DMVDesk's dynamic status lights give you an immediate, visual status of each deal. Seeing red? Your deal is overdue and penalties are accruing. Green? The deal has been sent. Yellow? The deal is pending. Need to know submission dates? Simply move your mouse over the light and a complete list of dates sent, dates due and cleared dates appear.
